Your Initial Consultation

During your consultation, we’ll explore what you are looking for together. We’ll discuss things like; style, scope, budget, timeframe, process, and fees. If you have examples of what you like, it’s helpful to review them during your consultation.

Your Design Agreement

​After your initial consultation, you’ll receive a formal agreement that outlines the scope of work, design fees, and payment terms.  Once approved, design fees are invoiced, and your project begins.

Presentation of Your Initial Concepts

Based on our conversations and the consultation, you’ll receive a design plan for your home. You’ll see, select options for layouts, color schemes, fabrics, furniture and accessories that reflect your vision, lifestyle and budget. Together, we’ll finalize design selections, scope of work, timeframe and budget for your project.

Final Proposal and Deposit

Your final design plan is now completed and presented, along with pricing for all of the proposed work and materials. Once you approve,  you’ll receive and invoice for the deposit for labor and materials.

Procurement, Labor & Project Management

When all approvals and deposits are received, the work begins and your project starts to materialize. Materials are ordered, and services are scheduled. Project timeframes vary based on size and complexity, so if it seems like there is time passing, be assured that we stay on top of every detail and every vendor to make sure your project is being done properly and moving as quickly as possible. We stay in close touch, so you always know where your project stands.

Installation & Accessories

​When your furniture and accessories are ready for delivery, we oversee delivery and installation. We inspect all orders for quality, and make sure they are placed properly and with the utmost care.

Final Billing & Project Billing

As items are installed, we will begin the final billing process for the remaining balance on all items to complete the process! Once your project is completed, we’ll do a project review together, to ensure your overall satisfaction.
